You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated MERN stack developer who can flawlessly work on end-to-end development in the MERN stack (Mongo-Express-React-Node).

As part of our team, you will:

  • Build web applications, platforms and digital experiences for enterprises and consumers using the MERN stack.
  • Work closely with the Designers, Technical Architects and Product/Business counterparts
  • Be responsible for the code quality, adherence to the delivery schedule, and secured programming practices.
  • Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
  • Ensure that the development processes, architecture, and standards are followed.
  • Anticipate challenges and take required corrective measures.

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience as a Full stack developer with NodeJS, ReactJs, MongoDB/MySQL.
  • Experience in building responsive and seamless frontends using Reactjs.
  • Experience in building REST APIs with Node.js and consuming them using Reactjs.
  • Handling complex code structures and architect
  • Good understanding of Algorithms and Data-Structures
  • Should have curiosity about engineering and javascript – how things work, what’s new and in general, spend a reasonable amount of time incrementing your skills.
  • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest is a plus
  • Knowledge of CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Next.js and AWS is a plus

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Creating and maintaining client relationships.

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Any Graduate, with 1+ years of On hands marketing experience.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
